The Helm is a large camp-style cabin featuring a dining and meeting area, along with a fully equipped kitchen. It sleeps up to 38 guests, with four dorm-style bunk rooms that each accommodate 8–10 people, plus a fifth bedroom that can serve as a cook’s or pastor’s quarters, containing a twin-size bunk bed and a single twin bed. The Helm also has two bathrooms, each equipped with two showers and two toilets.

Guests have access to all 55 acres of our grounds, including prayer trails and a private lakefront area. Amenities include a volleyball court, basketball goal, disc golf baskets, and ping pong table. Indoors, guests can enjoy board games, dominoes, puzzles, and a TV with a DVD player.

A fire pit sits in front of the cabin, perfect for late-night s’mores—we provide plenty of firewood. A propane grill is also available (guests provide propane).

The Helm is ideal for church youth groups, family reunions, or weekend retreats.
